尊敬的街道办事处           主任，残联          主任，

Dear (Mr/ Ms) Director of neighborhood office, Mr  , director of CDPF,  

尊敬的志愿者 慧灵学员 家长 同事们 朋友们:

Dear parents, students, volunteers, colleagues and friends：

风光明媚的五月迎来了全中国第17个助残日，在这个湖光涟漪的著名风景区，北京慧灵在什刹海街道办事处的主办/帮助下，在社区里举办今天的慈善慢跑活动！而全中国不同地区的慧灵机构也同一天同一时刻举办慈善慢跑活动，我们慧灵人的心充满喜悦充满自豪更满怀感激！

With the assistance of Shichahai Street office，Beijing Hui Ling get to host this charity marathon! Besides that, other Hui Ling agencies are also having this charity marathon at the same time. We are so proud and full of gratitude and joy!

因为时代的进步，今天我们看残疾人的生活品质如何，服务品质如何？最重要的指标之一就是看社区融合程度。过去那种把残疾人另外隔离提供服务的方式，是有意无意剥夺了残疾人“正常化”“社区化”的权利！北京慧灵于2000年率先在英籍专家裴丽霓的指导培训下逐步摸索创新转型服务，带动了全国智障服务领域的理念和模式改革！今天我们两位参与创办北京慧灵的专家都在现场，我们非常自豪地说：持续得西方先进理念和专业技术之风是我们慧灵的一大优势，把西方的先进理念结合中国本土一些具体情况为智障人士提供实用、快乐的服务是慧灵特色，我们称之为“社区化模式”！

Due to the social change, today we see the life’s quality of special people is, service quality is? One of the most important indicators is the degree of community integration. Over the past, services that isolate special people have deprived the right of "normalization" and "community"! in 2000, under the guidance of a British expert Pei Li Ni,  Beijing Hui Ling transforms to a better mode and provide better services, promotes  the idea of servicing disability people and reforming models. Today the two experts that participated to establish Beijing Hui Ling are here and we are very proud to say: 通master the western philosophy and expertization is one of the advantage of HuiLing. We combine the needs of local special people and the idea of Western in order to provide fun and joy to them. We call this as "community-based model"

 

党和政府发出建设和谐社会的号召，我们慧灵最朴素的理解是：“爱你的近人”！ 什刹海街道是北京乃至全中国最负有盛名的社区之一，北京慧灵希望在这一名副其实的和谐社区扎根，不为社区增加麻烦负担，而是为社区建设添砖加瓦，为什刹海的悠久历史增添光荣！慧灵衷心感激今天活动成功地举办，最希望一年365天每一天都是助残日，比如智障学员常年有机会参与社区里的各种活动，每周定时间使用社区活动中心的设施，等等。

Party and the government issued a call to build a harmonious society. the simplest understanding of HuiLing is: "Love your neighborhood!" Shichahai street is one of the most prestigious communities in Beijing。Beijing HuiLing hopes that what we are doing can benefit to community and replenish glory to Shichahai street! Hui Ling grateful for today's event and hopes there will be more activities for disability people in the future.
