自2009年初，三原色工作室和塔利亚家园开始合作，起初的合作形式是学员之间相互发邮件做“笔友”，后来渐渐转化为通过交换文章来更好的了解彼此和促进此项目。于是，三原色于2010年3月份开始组建编辑团队，由3名学员主要负责，1位工作人员协助，创办了自己的杂志并取名为《星海拾贝》。目前改杂志已经进行了2期。Descriptions of the Project
Three Primary Colors Workshop of Beijing Huiling community Services mainly offer trainings like handwork, painting, cooking, music, dancing etc, for 25 adult with light mental disabilities.
Home Thaleia in Belgium offers services for 16 clients with mental disabilities to live independently in the communities while doing supportive employment.
From the beginning of 2009, Three Primary Colors Workshop started to corporate with Belgian Natalie Home. At first, trainees made pen friends with each other by exchanging e-mails, and then the form gradually changed into exchanging articles to get a better understanding of each other and promote the project. On March 2010, Three Primary Colors Workshop started to establish the edition team, which was mainly consisted of three trainees assisted by a staff. We established our own magazine Collecting seashells from Star Sea. Up to now, the magazine has been published two periodicals.
(1)To train and show the trainees' capabilities of writing and editing through the magazines;
(2)Trainees learn to make their own decisions, and their imagination can be fully accepted and respected. Besides, they can also earn a small amount of salary through their work and creativity.
(3)Trainees in Home Thaleia and Three Primary Colors Workshop get to know each other’s life by exchanging articles they wrote, in which they described interesting or important things happened in their lives. Therefore, their friendship can be deepened greatly day by day.
Timetable of Activities.
From April, 2010 to April, 2011. One periodical published every two months.
Cost to Print: ¥10(one magazine)*50=¥500
Payment for trainees' works: ¥5(one essay)*5(one time)=¥25
Payment for painters/drawers: ¥3(one painting/picture)*4paintings/pictures=¥12
Payment for editor: ¥10 one periodical
Payment for vice-editor: ¥8 one periodical
Payment for responsibility editor: ¥5 one periodical
Total: ¥560 one periodical every two months
Budgets for the whole year: ¥360*6=¥3360
